Shipping & Postage

Prep and packing

We take the upmost care when packaging your print and will check for quality and damage before posting. We post our prints in 22" postage tubes with a 3" diameter, which keeps them protected during transit. We only roll and pack the print the day it's posted to reduce the time it's rolled up. Don't worry if it curls when you receive it, it'll still easily fit in a frame or change back to flat state.

Where we ship to

We are based in England, but also ship to locations in Europe and North America. Our shipping rates are different based on your territory, so see below for where we ship to and costs. Delivery estimates are from the postage date, which you'll be notified of via email.

Country Delivery estimate Cost
Great Britain 1-2 days £5.20
Europe 3-4 days days £4.95
North America, Australia & NZ 5-7 days £7.20

If we don't currently ship to you, or you have problems during checkout, please let us know and we'll see what we can do to expand our shipping destinations.

The UK Royal Mail postage service changed their pricing in April 2013. This unfortunately has increased the cost for sending items by over £2. Being a small independant means we can't afford to offer free postage on our already resonable priced prints, so please consider this and the value of the print when going to the checkout!

Haven't received it yet?

If you don't receive your order within 14 days off a postage email from us, then it's likely it's lost in the post :( . In this situation you should contact us letting us know, then we'll see what we can do to re-send or find out where it is!

Our postage times can be over a week from purchase date, so please be aware of this before emailing.

Tax & Custom charges

When sending prints to addresses outside of europe we must declare the item's value on the postage packaging. You are responsible to pay any local tax rates and charges which may be applicable.

Returns

I'm afraid we can't offer refunds or returns. Once the item has been sent it's in the hands of the postal services, so we can't be held liable for any damage during transit. Fit for a Frame is a small operation done as a hobby, so we can't afford to offer returns out of our control.

Contact us anyway though and we'll see what we can do to help
